Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Traveler

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% processing fee.

• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.

• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels of Keshav Tour and Travel.

2. Cancellation by Keshav Tour and Travel

In rare cases where Keshav Tour and Travel must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety concerns), a full refund will be issued.

Travelers may also be offered alternative dates or rescheduling options at the discretion of Keshav Tour and Travel.

3. Partially Used Services

No refund will be provided for services not used during the tour, including hotel stays, sightseeing, meals, or transportation.

4. Payment & Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

• Any bank transfer charges or payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Travel Insurance

Travelers are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or other unexpected events.

Keshav Tour and Travel is not responsible for losses covered by travel insurance.
